We run in-person and online mindfulness taster sessions, which give an introduction to mindfulness.

At these sessions you will learn

  • what mindfulness is,
  • how mindfulness is practised
  • short, guided meditations
  • the scientific evidence for mindfulness
  • how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life
  • how to take next steps on your mindfulness journey
